Every Thursday, Veronica, Kanin, Jasper, and I work out at a place called The Workplace. We have a trainer named Perry. It is probably the hardest workout I have ever done. We work on strengthening every part of the body, as well as cardio. The hardest thing for me is pull ups. My arms are very weak, and I can’t even reach the pull up bar because I am so short. Each week is different. Some days are really hard, and I’m super sore the next day, and other days aren’t as bad. I’m always sore the next day though. Yesterday was probably one of the hardest days. He increased the reps of everything we did. Plus, I hadn’t been in a while, because of finals and the MAD trip to Arizona. Today I am very sore. My arms are the most sore, because we did a lot of arm strengthening. I also have shin splints, and we did sprints on the treadmill yesterday. Even though the workout is really hard, I really enjoy it because I’m with my friends. We have fun, because it is a very small class. Perry is young and funny, and makes working out enjoyable.
